TNF Fall 2024 Call for Submissions

Calling all foragers, cultivators, and mushroom lovers! Did you know the largest organism on Earth is the Honey fungus? Both indoor and outdoor cultivated and foraged mushrooms can serve a niche market at restaurants or in CSAs. What do you love about these elusive organisms? What are your favorite mushrooms to forage? Do you use mushrooms as medicine?  If you cultivate mushrooms for sale, how do you manage fruiting and storage to prevent contamination? Share your insights, experiences, and expertise in an article for The Natural Farmer. Compensation may be available!
