Calling all foragers, cultivators, and mushroom lovers! Did you know the largest organism on Earth is the Honey fungus? Both indoor and outdoor cultivated and foraged mushrooms can serve a niche market at restaurants or in CSAs. Yet, some growers face red tape because mushrooms don’t fit into the standard regulations for vegetables, fruit, meat, etc.
