CT NOFA’s 41st Annual Winter Conference will take place on March 11th, 2023 at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. This will be our first live conference since 2020!

Local food producers, craftspeople, or other vendors who are interested in having a table at the conference can fill out this form to apply. The cost is $60 for farmers and business members, $85 for nonprofits, and $135 for all others.

Vendors will be supplied with a 6' table and chair for their booth space. Vendor/Exhibitor fee includes one conference registration. Additional helpers must register for the conference at the rate of $15.

Vendor questions should be directed to winterconference@ctnofa.org. Applications for vendor space are due by February 15, 2023.

WINTER CONFERENCE VENDORS

Twin Star Herbal Education is an herb school offering community classes, workshops and certificate trainings on Herbalism, Flower Essences, Plant Spirit Healing, Primitive Skills and Ancestral Healing as well as Goddess & Herbal Witch Programs. We are located in the beautiful hills of Western Connecticut where Twin Star’s founder and director Lupo Passero, Herbalist, Educator and Flower Essence Practitioner, shares her teachings in our classroom, throughout the country and internationally.  Twin Star Herbal Education offers a myriad of classes ranging from half day workshops to two-year long herbal training intensives.

Phocas Seeds was started in 2019 by horticulturalist Corey Finke with the mission to provide gardeners, homesteaders, and farmers with high quality and unique, vegetable, herb, and medicinal seeds. Our seeds are adapted to CT as well as the greater eastern US. We focus on open pollinated and heirloom varieties grown in organic systems. All our seeds are grown in CT, NH, or PA, by small family farms. The majority of the seed we offer is grown on our farm in Thomaston & Plymouth CT, but we also source seed from two small family farms in NH and PA. All the farms that grow our seed use sustainable, regenerative, or organic practices. The health of the soil and ecosystems are important to us, and we ensure that the farms we work with share the same principles.

Formed in 2018, Yellow King Brews is a craft coffee company currently working farmers markets and other local events. We sell gourmet hot brewed coffee, various ice teas, fresh roasted coffee beans for home, and specialize in cold brew coffee. We also offer espresso made beverages and regular brewed hot coffees and teas, as well as baked goods and bar snacks that are provided by local CT businesses.
