2026 winter conference exhibitor information & instructions
We are excited to welcome all of our exhibitors to the CT NOFA 44th Annual Winter Conference on March 7, 2026 at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT.
Set up
- Please plan on arriving at the Usdan University Center between 8:00-8:45am for set up. Attendee registration opens at 9:00am, so plan your arrival closer to 8:00am if you expect to need more time to set up your table.
- You may temporarily park on the street just north of the Usdan University Center, along the side of Wyllys Avenue, or in parking Lot E across the street from the Student Center (see map). If parking in the street or in the lot, please unload and then move your car to parking Lot V. We hope to reserve parking spots in the small lot across from the student center to accommodate attendees with low mobility.

- Upon arrival, please visit the registration table located immediately inside the Usdan University Center. Once checked-in, you will be shown where to find your exhibitor table. Limited assistance may be available, but please plan to have the staff you need with you to move your exhibitor table items. There is a short staircase (along with an access ramp) at the main entrance to Usdan, but all exhibitor tables are on the first floor of the Center once you are inside.
- Once you are finished unloading, please move your vehicle to parking Lot V. Once there, you may click here to access Google walking directions across campus to Usdan University Center (a 5-10 minute walk).
- WiFi is available in the student center. Please choose the network wes-guest. You will be directed to register your name and phone number to gain access to the WiFi network. (If you aren't prompted to register once you've connected to wes-guest, open a browser on your device to do so.)
- If you requested access to an electric outlet, we have done our best to assign you to a location near one. However, if you need electricity we strongly recommend that you bring an extension cord. Not every table will have direct access and we are unable to provide extension cords. You are welcome to bring your own tablecloths and banners. Tablecloths will not be provided.
Breakdown
- You may break down anytime during the 3rd workshop session, starting at 4:15 pm. The conference officially ends at 5:30pm. If you plan on leaving earlier than 4:15pm, please let a CT NOFA staff member know ahead of time.
- During breakdown, use the same process as set-up: bring your car to Usdan University Center and park on the side of Wyllys Avenue with your hazards on. We ask that you do your best to take down all signage, pick up trash, and leave the table and chair(s) as you found them.
Other info
- Lunch will be provided. Exhibitors will have a chance to get lunch at 12:00pm, before our attendees, so that you may be at your table during lunch, when some attendees will be visiting vendors. Vegan options will be available.
- River Ridge Farm will have pastries and coffee available for purchase throughout the day.
- If you have anyone else attending that you did not indicate on our form, please let us know so we may send you an invoice and get an accurate lunch count. We will take care of registration. We will not be able to admit unregistered table staff the day of the conference.
- The New Connecticut Farmer Alliance will be hosting an after-hours gathering, The Cabbage Moth Story Hour, immediately after the conference in Fayerweather-Beckham Hall, on campus (the same location where the keynote address will be held). We invite you to join the event to network and enjoy a drink with fellow colleagues.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
If you have critical issues on the day of the conference, please call or text Dana Jackson - (818) 383-4603. We will not be able to respond to email in a timely fashion during the conference.
We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, March 7th!
