CT NOFA’s 44th annual Winter Conference will take place on March 7, 2026 at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT.
Local food producers, craftspeople, agricultural organizations, or other exhibitors who are interested in having a table at the conference can fill out this form to apply. The cost is $90 for CT NOFA business members and $150 for non-members.
Exhibitors will be supplied with a 5' table and chair for their booth space. The exhibitor fee includes one conference registration. One additional table staffer may register for the conference at the discounted rate of $35.

We are proud to promote two of our programs at the CT NOFA Winter Conference: The CT Farm Energy Program and CT Veteran Grown.
The CT Farm Energy Program is a resource and clearinghouse of information to those interested in learning more about on-farm energy opportunities in Connecticut, available programs, grant opportunities, financial incentives, loans, audits, educational opportunities and events. CFEP also has been host to various innovative projects with regards to farms and energy throughout the years. CFEP provides technical assistance to farms in order for them to implement energy projects as well as providing guidance to policy makers.
CT Veteran Grown is backed by the U.S. Small Business Administration (US SBA) and administered by CT RC&D. This initiative is both a marketing initiative to promote the Homegrown by Heroes logo to consumers around the state, as well as a resource hub to provide training opportunities; professional consultations with business, marketing, and sales professionals; professional photography, videography, and web design services; and other assistance to our state's Farmer Veterans.

Rimol Greenhouse Systems manufactures high tunnels and greenhouses that are relied upon by growers throughout the United States. Walden Mutual is a new bank built to support farmers and food businesses by offering loans for equipment, property, working capital, and lines of credit. Connecticut Land Conservation Council is the only statewide service provider and voice for all Connecticut land trusts. CLCC is a leader in advocacy and policy, education and training, and technical assistance to empower Connecticut’s ~120 land trusts and ensure the long-term viability of land conservation efforts in the state. Since its formation in 2006, CLCC has grown into one of the most effective land trust service associations in the country, offering a wide range of programming and services – from traditional capacity building, training and education, to new and creative opportunities for land trusts to better connect to one another and their communities for greater conservation, economic, and social impact.

Organic Land Care is a sustainable ecological landscaping system that promotes and enhances biodiversity, biological cycles, and soil biological activity. The NOFA Organic Land Care Program works to foster professional competency in the area of organic landscaping and protect the public interest in responsible use of land care products and land resources.

Super Biochar is a Connecticut-based climate-tech and soil restoration startup focused on rebuilding degraded, contaminated, and low-organic-matter soils across the Northeast. The National Center for Appropriate Technology (NCAT) has been working with underserved farmers for over 30 years, providing information about sustainable agriculture. NCAT manages the ATTRA Sustainable Agriculture Program under a cooperative agreement with USDA Rural Business-Cooperative Service and has organizational experience serving farmers and ranchers nationally with a wide array of educational resources and direct one-on-one support to any farmer or rancher seeking information broadly about agriculture and particularly sustainable agriculture. NCAT, through its ATTRA Program, has produced and maintained over 500 publications, 150 podcasts, 150 videos and 50 webinars and tutorials. NCAT has conducted beginning farmer training for more than three decades and has received national recognition for the impact of its Armed to Farm veteran farmer training program. NCAT has a far-reaching team of sustainable agriculture specialists which provide technical assistance on many agricultural topics such as: livestock management, beekeeping, small scale vegetable growing, and hemp production. Eric is an agricultural specialist with NCAT attending the NOFA-CT Winter Conference he is presenting on Beekeeping & community farming. He will be available at the NCAT booth throughout the entire day to troubleshoot farm challenges and provide solutions, ideas, & resources for farm success!

CitySeed’s three core programs are designed to support the entire food system – from field to shelf. Our year-round network of Farmers Markets’ brings local food directly to New Haven neighborhoods while supporting Connecticut farm viability. Sanctuary Kitchen partners with new residents to build economic opportunity. CitySeed Incubates is dedicated to breaking down barriers and fostering economic opportunities for aspiring food entrepreneurs in New Haven, in order to build a thriving culture of economic development through food in Connecticut.

The Farmer’s Table supports local farmers by providing resources that promote sustainability and community engagement. We believe in strengthening the ties between the farmers and our tables, enhancing the visibility of our local farms, and celebrating the diversity of agricultural practices. We want to introduce ourselves to those farmers who might not be familiar our work.

The Legal Food Hub is a free service that connects eligible food farmers, food entrepreneurs, and food/farm organizations in New England to volunteer attorneys for free assistance on transactional legal issues. Examples of matters we assist with include farmland leases, employment law questions, contract review, and entity formation. We can support applicants in any language. We also offer a free, online resource libraries featuring written legal guides and recorded webinars on a wide range of legal topics.
Donnelly/Colt Progressive Resources is a family-owned and operated mail order business that has been designing and distributing union-made progressive materials promoting peace, social and environmental justice, and human rights since 1975. They will be offering environmental, social justice, peace and other progressive products such as posters, buttons, stickers, t-shirts, postcards, and more.

CT Greenhouse is a farmer-owned business providing the highest quality high tunnels and greenhouses to growers throughout New England and beyond.

The Department of Agriculture (DoAg) is proud to support producers and consumers across the state of Connecticut. We offer a range of programs and services, such as:
