help us fulfill our mission of creating a more organic connecticut

Donations of any size make a real difference, and you can make one with the knowledge that you've invested in a more sustainable, equitable, and organic Connecticut.

At CT NOFA, we don’t just talk about change—we make it happen. We are on the ground every day, working with farmers, gardeners, and communities to build a more sustainable Connecticut. Our mission is rooted in the soil, the water, and the air that we all depend on, and our work is about ensuring that these resources remain healthy and abundant for generations to come.

We are more than a voice for organic agriculture; we are the hands that guide farmers through the transition to organic practices, the educators who inspire the next generation of land stewards, and the partners who ensure that every family, regardless of income, can access fresh, local food. Our programs, like the Farm Share initiative, don’t just fill tables with food—they connect people to the land and to each other, creating a community that is resilient and self-sustaining.

Bill Duesing, our founder, envisioned a Connecticut where agriculture was not just a way to feed people but a way to heal the land and build strong, interconnected communities. Today, we carry that vision forward, turning principles into practice.

We request your support not simply to sustain our work, but also to expand our reach and deepen our impact. Your donations will ensure that Connecticut remains a model for sustainable agriculture and healthy communities. Together, we can cultivate a future where every farm thrives, every community is nourished, and every person has a stake in the health of our environment.

This is our mission, and with your help, we will achieve it.
