Organic Food Production and Packing Associate

Duties / Responsibilities
Come join our farm team and make some of the best food in New England! We are seeking a team member who will assist on bottling days, will label bottles, and fulfill orders. Some of the work is team-oriented, and some of the work is independent.
We do not offer benefits at this time, but cover every employee with worker’s compensation, and offer a beautiful (organic!) working environment. Opportunities for advancement include: sales and marketing, content creation, food safety proficiency and qualifications, maple sugaring. No vaping or smoking on the farm.
Desired Applicant Experience
Required:
- Be able to stand for most of the work day
- Be able to lift 40 lbs occasionally
- Candidates must be neat and clean, detail-oriented, and willing to follow food safety rules.
Desired:
- An interest in agriculture, organic foods, and wellness
- Experience working in a kitchen
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently at times and possess good communication skills.
Must have one to two entire work days available during the work week (Monday – Friday). Starting pay is $18/hour. We will provide all necessary training.
