Duties / Responsibilities
Farm Partnership/grower opportunity is intended as a true working partnership with shared decision making, not a hired labor position. Access to 90 x 17 heated greenhouse, barn, 10 acres cultivable field, water, equipment
- Develop and implement a crop plan (berries, flower, herbs, microgreens).
- Manage planting, cultivation and field production areas
- Maintain greenhouse and field production areas
Desired Applicant Experience
- Demonstrated experience with organic crop production
- Practical experience managing a small market garden, berry crop, herb production or cut flower operation
- Comfortable working in both greenhouse and field production systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with the landowner on crop planning and farm development.
