The Natural Farmer Seeks Submissions for Winter ’23 Issue

September 18, 2023
The Natural Farmer, the newspaper of the Northeast Organic Farming Assocation (NOFA), seeks story and article submissions for the upcoming Winter issue. This season’s theme is “Seeds: Stories & Strategies.”
Seeds are a story of resilience and hope. They provide people power and sovereignty; they hold stories of genetics and ancestry. Seeds adapt to our season to be hardy and cold tolerant. Seeds are also threatened by corporate control, climate chaos and supply chains.
What are your favorite seeds? How do you ensure you have the seeds you need on your farm? What do seeds mean to you? The Natural Farmer would love to hear your story. Interested writers can learn more on their website.
Submission Deadline: November 1st
