Sub Edge Farm in Farmington is participating in CT NOFA’s Farm Share Program, which provides reduced cost Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) shares – also known as farm shares – to Connecticut residents in need of financial assistance.

Sub Edge Farm is a vibrant place providing thousands of people in the Greater Hartford area with food and a connection to the land. They grow plants, vegetables, small fruit, flowers, and herbs, as well as cover crops using organic methods. They keep a small selection of heritage breed poultry, pigs, and other farm animals. They offer a variety of CSA packages suited for different sized households.

If you are a Connecticut resident who is interested in a reduced cost CSA share from Sub Edge Farm, visit their website to apply for a share.

Don’t need a discounted CSA but would like to support them in providing discounted CSA shares to those in need? You can donate to their fund here.
