Are you a farmer? Do you struggle to afford your health insurance premiums/deductible? Do you have a health insurance policy that doesn’t really meet your needs? Are you prevented from growing your farm business for fear that if you make too much money you will no longer be eligible for subsidized health insurance?

This year, the New CT Farmer Alliance is hoping to address the abysmal healthcare options available to farmers by advocating for policy change at the state level. To better inform their advocacy, NCTFA has released a survey for farmers to take. They’re hoping that this survey will help them figure out a price point and plan that will work for CT farmers. Whether you’re a “new” farmer or not, NCTFA wants to hear from you!!
