Veteran farmers, makers, and artisans are invited to participate in the 3rd Annual Veteran Farmers’ Market on Thursday, August 6, 2026 from 3-6 PM. Once again this year, the market will be held on the beautiful CT Veterans Affairs campus in Rocky Hill and will feature food trucks and a special performance by the 102d Army National Band, RipChord.

Schedule of events

  • 1:15 – 2:45: Vendor setup
  • 3:00: Ringing of the bell/opening of market & dignitary remarks
  • 3:00 – 6:00: Farmers’ Market & Food trucks open
  • 5:00 – 6:00: RipChord performance
  • 6:00: Market closes, vendors may pack up

Details for the Farmers Market

In good weather, the event will be held outdoors on the quad/courtyard, and vendors are responsible for their own 10’x10′ tent (including stakes or sand bags) and table(s), etc. In inclement weather, the market will be moved inside the Auditorium, and vendors will be provided one 6′ table.

Vending at this event is free of cost; however, space is limited. This is an application form and does not guarantee entry–an email will be sent to confirm. Once confirmed, Vendors will be provided with more information about setup, etc. All vendors are responsible for providing proof of Commercial Liability Insurance (minimum $1m coverage per occurrence).
