NOFA NJ Presents: ORGANIC OPEN HOUSES IRON BOUND FARM FIELD DAY

Funded as part of an NRCS Conservation Innovation Grant (CIG), this workshop, NOFA New Jersey hosts a FREE session on reduced tillage and healthy soils as part of a field day at Iron Bound Farm. Soils abundant with life sequester more carbon, infiltrate and hold more water, allow for greater root penetration, and resist erosion. The farmer Alec Gioseffi will talk about his no till strategies.  Also presented by Caro Roszell, NOFA/Mass Education Director, Soil Carbon Program Coordinator and CIG Project lead.
