Compost Tea Brewing Workshop

Join CT NOFA at The Hickories Farm in Ridgefield on Wednesday, June 17 from 1:00pm-3:00pm for a Compost Tea Brewing workshop.

Participants will learn how to make their own compost tea in a 5-gallon bucket and have an opportunity to borrow a compost tea brewing kit to use at home, including a bucket, aerator, mesh bag, and all needed amendments to brew your own batch of compost tea to add to your favorite plants. Pick up your kit, brew some compost tea, and return the equipment after 3 days.

This event is intended for both commercial growers as well as home gardeners.
