CT NOFA’s 43rd annual Winter Conference will take place on March 1, 2025 at Eastern Connecticut State University in Willimantic, CT.
Local food producers, craftspeople, or other vendors who are interested in having a table at the conference can fill out this form to apply. The cost is $60 for farmers and business members, $85 for nonprofits, and $135 for all others.
Vendors will be supplied with a 6' table and chair for their booth space. Vendor/Exhibitor fee includes one conference registration. Additional helpers must register for the conference at the rate of $35.
Vendor questions should be directed to sherlene@ctnofa.org. Applications for vendor space are due by January 31.

Rimol Greenhouse Systems is a leading manufacturer of commercial greenhouses for growers across the country. We offer greenhouse and high tunnel kits that are designed to hold up against any weather, including harsh New England winters.
CT Greenhouse has been building, renovating, and growing in greenhouses and high tunnels for the last 10 years and we bring all of our first hand experience to the table. We started out as farmers with a side business of building greenhouse frames and have turned that into an innovative business providing much-needed services to growers across the country. Our mission is to be the go to solution for growers of all sizes and continue to make some of the best greenhouse and high tunnel kits on the market.
Phocas Seeds was started in 2019 by horticulturalist Corey Finke with the mission to provide gardeners, homesteaders, and farmers with high quality and unique, vegetable, herb, and cannabis seeds.
Our seeds are adapted to Connecticut as well as the greater eastern US. We focus on open pollinated and heirloom varieties grown in organic systems. All of our seeds are non-GMO.
The majority of the seed we offer is grown on our farms in Thomaston & Plymouth, CT, but we also source seed from two small family farms in New Hampshire and Pennsylvania.
Solid Ground is a project of UConn Extension that provides training and resources for new and beginning farmers in Connecticut. Whether it is through trainings, hands on workshops, our listserv, or free consultations with professionals, our goal is to get our farmers established and successful in our farming community.
Herbal Deva is a small, urban medicinal farm that makes herbal syrups, vinegars, teas, and more! They focus on local and organically grown products by working with and supporting many local farms across Connecticut, as well as cultivate from their own urban farm.
Organic Land Care is a sustainable ecological landscaping system that promotes and enhances biodiversity, biological cycles, and soil biological activity. The NOFA Organic Land Care Program works to foster professional competency in the area of organic landscaping and protect the public interest in responsible use of land care products and land resources.
Connecticut Resource Conservation & Development (CT RC&D) has a mission to cultivate a diverse, equitable, and resilient Connecticut through partnership-driven solutions to enhance natural resource conservation, agriculture, and rural economies. CT RC&D offers a variety of agricultural programs including the CT Farm Energy Program, CT Veteran Grown, CT Climate Smart Equipment Hubs, FarmUP and Veteran FarmUp, and the CT Soil Health Initiative.
