The year-long sustainable nutrition series concludes this fall with three workshops: Fall gardening (and garden chores for a bountiful next season), preserving your harvest thru freezing, canning & drying, AND extracting plant magic by making your own tinctures, tonics & oxymels that will keep you healthy through the winter. Workshops take place on the second Saturday of each month. Attend one workshop for $35/pp or get a discount for signing up for all three!
- September 14: Garden pests, weeds, and mulch
- October 12: Preserving the harvest
- November 9: Extracting plant magik
These hands-on, in-person sessions get in depth on topics and always send you home with something we’ve created in class, whether it’s a fermented plant juice, tonic, or preserved food for your winter pantry. Sliding scale available. Be sure to dress for fall on the farm! We will spend time and walk around outside.
