SUMMARY:Compost Tea Brewing Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Join CT NOFA at The Hickories in Ridgefield on Wednesday\, July 22 from 1:00pm-3:00pm for a Compost Tea Brewing workshop. \nParticipants will learn how to make their own compost tea in a 5-gallon bucket and have an opportunity to borrow a compost tea brewing kit to use at home\, including a bucket\, aerator\, mesh bag\, and all needed amendments to brew your own batch of compost tea to add to your favorite plants. Pick up your kit\, brew some compost tea\, and return the equipment after 3 days. \nThis event is intended for both commercial growers as well as home gardeners. \n\nThis event is part of CT NOFA’s Equipment Share Program and is FREE to attend thanks to grant funding through the Transition to Organic Partnership Program.
