DESCRIPTION:The CT Compost Conference scheduled for March 2020\, which had been postponed has been restructured into a series of 5 free webinars. While we won’t have the opportunities to network\, this event continues to play a critical role in Connecticut’s ability to better manage food scraps through composting. \nThis CT Compost Webinar series provides information and resources for farmers and municipalities to expand their leaf and/or manure composting operation to include food scraps. The focus of workshops will include the benefits to soil health\, conservation\, food waste management\, and climate adaptation.
