This position is a full-time commitment from March to November 2018, with the possibility of longer term employment. We are looking for an assistant manager who can coordinate with the farm manager to organize daily tasks and direct other crew members as needed.  Because our staff and operations are relatively small, this role will involve helping with all aspects of the farm. Daily duties can include but are not limited to: seeding, planting, pruning, weeding, bed prep, animal chores, egg collection and wash, flower and vegetable harvest, bouquet design, packaging, and deliveries. Large grade bulbs, average 2 1/4 inch diameter. 6 to 7 bulbs per pound, average 5 cloves per bulb. Perfect for planting, or excellent table stock. Minimum purchase 5 lbs. $12/lb, 5 to 19 lbs or $10/lb, 20 lbs or over.
